Do you want to improve your health and move towards a more active lifestyle? Heather will be your coach and number one cheerleader!

Work towards your goals with one on one sessions in your home or at your favourite park!

 

Fundamental exercises included such as:

  • Squats

  • Lunges

  • Planks

  • and more!

 

Special care and attention will be given to any limitations or hesitations you may have.

 

Typical first free session:

  • You and Heather will discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have about working out.

  • Some exercises will be done to evaluate where you are at, so Heather can create a custom program for you. 

  • We'll have fun!

  • Discuss some nutrition tips

 

Following the free session Heather will recommend weekly or twice weekly sessions to establish a routine and ensure that you have the tools that you need to feel stronger, more confident and motivated to improve your health.
