SMALL GROUP TRAINING

In Person Workouts

Do you live in Oakville and enjoy working out with others?  Join Heather and one of her small groups.

 

A boot camp style class that is both cardio and muscle conditioning with a stretch at the end.  A bootcamp style class is great for friends that want to workout together,  because it can be tailored to both beginner, seasoned veteran as well as those with physical limitations due to chronic issues. It is also choreography free which puts those with two left feet at ease.  This style of class boosts your energy, lowers your resting heart rate and pushes your body to burn fat.

Online Workouts

Do you live too far from Oakville or can't get to a In Person Workout?  Join Heather online.

​

A quick 30 minutes online session lets you workout in the comfort of your own home.  It is as easy as getting dressed, turning on your computer and working out.
